Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product sells out, a price is obviously wrong, or we suspect fraud or automated buying. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Limited drops may have a limit per customer. Orders that exceed it, or that use multiple accounts or bots, may be cancelled.

Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see your full card details.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping page and returns by our Returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

All content on the site (including music, artwork, logos, designs, photography and text) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without permission.

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for business losses or losses that weren't foreseeable. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law.
